Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to insure the smooth and accurate operation of the Harbor office. The Waterfront Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests and members making reservations for waterfront activities (water skiing, tubing, sailing, etc.) and for docking/mooring reservations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Interacts with guests requiring docking reservations
- Makes reservations for Waterfront Activities including Water Skiing, Tubing, and Sailing
- Maintains Waterfront Office in an organized manner
- Ensures that guests are properly charged for goods and services
- Strives to ensure that every guest has a positive experience at the Waterfront.
Essential Qualifications and Competencies:
- Great attention to detail,
- Good organizational skills and excellent communication ability.
- Good telephone and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-pressure work environment and work well in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience water skiing, kayaking, sailing, fishing desired.
- Experience working in a full-service resort desired.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes intense work environment
- Critical evaluation skills.
- A commitment to ethical practice and legal compliance.
- Have the stamina to work up to 10+ hours: sitting, standing and walking.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 25lbs, reach overhead and perform repetitive motion.
- May involve walking between venues and climbing stairs between floors.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
